Eating When Not Hungry Can Harm Your Health Now a days, when fast foods makes our buds watering, people often eat food without being hungry. In counter to this habit people in conventional societies are away from these temptations, people in modern societies often eat when not hungry but because tasty food. In a current study, researchers found that the tendency of today’s consumers to eat when they are not hungry might be less advantageous for health than eating when they are hungry, Medical Xpress reported. The results of the study is, that had 45 undergraduate students, showed that individuals who were hungry before the meal have lower blood glucose levels after the meal than the individuals who were not hungry before the meal. These findings suggest that it ishealthier for you to eat when you are moderately hungry than when you are not hungry. Source of this news
